Designed to improve accessibility while preserving the property's natural character, the project included terraced gardens, new circulation paths, water features, koi ponds, custom stonework, a cascading waterfall, and an expanded lakeside gathering experience.

The renovation connected multiple elevations throughout the property, creating safer and more comfortable access for family members while enhancing the beauty, function, and enjoyment of the landscape.
